Did my Google review. I do want to commend the driver that came to pick up the dumpster from my home in San Antonio, TX. He went above and beyond to sweep up my driveway to clean up the dried up dirt that was under the dumpster. It was mud that was stuck underneath the dumpster when they delivered iit. I did not expect the driver today to clean it up and he did so automatically. I truly appreciate that. Please pass on my thanks to him. Until next year!

Great customer service from front office to delivery. I told the driver that I really liked his company, he said it was the best job he ever had. He said the way they treat me is the way they treat him. Good to know you’re working with good people. Five stars for sure.

I rented from your company on May 31 during a VERY stressful move. Sending this email got a little lost in the shuffle of the move, but I knew I'd be remiss if I didn't let you know how awesome your employees are. I urgently needed a dumpster that same day. Kimberly answered my initial call, but at that time, you were booked solid. She reached back out to me after a few minutes with a sudden availability, and had me booked, and a dumpster delivered within an hour. I really appreciated that she took the time to call me back; she definitely took a huge stress off my plate. She was great, super nice, the transaction was quick and easy, and all was well. There was a slight mishap with the pickup, and that's where Trish came in. I was panicked and upset, & she was so wonderful and patient. It really felt like she cared. She worked some magic and not only took care of the problem, but was sooo nice through it all. I really appreciate how hard she worked at fixing the issue, and how kind and professional she remained throughout the situation. She's an absolute gem.
